SPARC is thus constructed with the focused intention of facilitating smaller churches and church planting teams seeking missional clarity and practical pathways towards growth and pioneering within each participating church.</p>
<p>SPARC is designed to engage four groups: first ministers who must tend the flock and encourage missional outreach,  second, for leadership teams who help discern and implement church mission, third, for ministry teams through which people engage in mission that can be both inward- and outward-facing; and fourth, for church planters who need a programme that has a track record in pioneering and rejuvenating churches. </p>
